By using ToolJoy (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The service
ToolJoy provides free online utilities (the "tools") that run in your web browser. You may use them for personal and commercial purposes at no charge. No account is required.
2. Provided "as is" — no warranty
The tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the tools will be accurate, error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. You use them at your own risk.
3. Not professional advice
Some tools produce estimates or informational results — for example the loan, compound interest, BMI, age and percentage calculators. These are for general information only and are not financial, medical, legal, tax or other professional advice. Always verify important figures and consult a qualified professional before making decisions. Results may be rounded or simplified and can differ from official calculations.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to process unlawful content;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, attack, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
- misrepresent the Service as your own or remove attribution where required.
5. Your content stays with you
The tools run locally in your browser; the files and text you process are not uploaded to or stored by us (see our Privacy Policy). You are solely responsible for the content you process and for keeping your own backups.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolJoy and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
7. Intellectual property
The ToolJoy name, design and original content are the property of their respective owners. Output you create with the tools (such as a generated QR code, resized image or merged PDF) is yours to use freely.
8. Third-party links and advertising
The Service may display advertising or link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, products or practices of third parties.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms or modify, suspend or discontinue any tool at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
